Responsibilities:

Train, coach, counsel, and discipline team members and shift managers
Manage profit & loss
Maintain operational excellence and demonstrate exceptional leadership behavior
Create and execute a store plan to achieve company initiatives
Staff scheduling, ordering, and hiring

Requirements:

12 years of restaurant level manager experience in a highvolume restaurant (preferred) Positive attitude and enjoys working on a team True passion for hospitality and great food
