As a construction manager, you are the architect of our success on site. From planning to execution, you lead and shape every construction project with passion and precision. With your expertise and commitment, you ensure that our projects are not only completed on time, but also to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities

  • As a construction manager, you are the driving force behind achieving and executing project goals on the construction site, including planning, management, control, and implementation of all construction projects
  • You are responsible for creating schedules for employees, taking into account the zero-time schedule
  • You coordinate with the work and assembly preparation for the necessary employees and resources, both for preliminary work, main work, and follow-up work
  • You review all plans, forms, and documents assigned to you for accuracy and completeness
  • As a point of contact, you coordinate collaboration with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers on the construction site, ensuring a smooth workflow
  • You are responsible for securing the construction site and protecting employees on site
  • You manage and monitor the construction site and regularly report progress to the project manager, line managers, and project team
