What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time
Warranty Administrator to join our indiGO Corporate - Houston team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

Process warranty claims
Verifies the manufacturer's or supplier's criteria
Authorizes all warranty claims
Completes the documents required to process the claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier and follows up
Ensures that the amounts claimed correspond to the criteria of the manufacturer/supplier
Follows up on claims to obtain prompt payment
Identifies exceptional cases which may result in special agreements with the manufacturer/supplier; completes the required documents and follows up
Analyses claims denied by the manufacturer/supplier and, if applicable, resubmits them as soon as possible or obtains authorization to cancel them
Ensures that clients are invoiced for uncovered and unauthorized claims
Analyzes and reviews credits (amounts claimed which must be defrayed by the dealer

The opportunity is for you if you have:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Warranty Administrator required
Audi / Volkswagen brand experience highly preferred
Willing to learn different car brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Positive attitude
Selfmotivated and diligent
Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
