- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of front end revenue cycle experience, or high school diploma and 11 years of front end revenue cycle experience
- 2 years of hospital management experience in revenue cycle functions
- 5 years of experience in leading/supervising teams

What You Will Do:
This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of Patient Access Departments. Responsibilities include managing activities in admission, registration, and quality assurance. Collaboration with Patient Financial Services Managers to apply innovative approaches to business processes is key. Additionally, this position involves executing assigned job duties and promoting a service-oriented culture within the organization to ensure satisfaction with the support provided for various departmental functions, initiatives, and projects.
Qualifications:
What Would Be Nice to Have:
The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions are based on various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational requirements.
