    What You Will Do:
    This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of Patient Access Departments. Responsibilities include managing activities in admission, registration, and quality assurance. Collaboration with Patient Financial Services Managers to apply innovative approaches to business processes is key. Additionally, this position involves executing assigned job duties and promoting a service-oriented culture within the organization to ensure satisfaction with the support provided for various departmental functions, initiatives, and projects.

    • Promotes a customer-centric culture within the organization
    • Keeps abreast of healthcare trends to guide revenue cycle activities
    • Identifies opportunities for enhancing the delivery of Patient Access services and programs
    • Ensures departmental systems prioritize continuous quality improvement
    • Monitors and addresses customer satisfaction levels
    • Collaborates with department leaders on strategic plans and goals
    • Contributes to the development of operational procedures and technology tools
    • Conducts operational reviews and recommends action plans
    • Implements initiatives in Revenue Cycle Management
    • Utilizes monitoring and reporting systems
    • Commits to professional development through affiliations and education programs
    • Participates in team meetings and relevant educational activities
    • Ensures compliance with industry regulations and hospital standards
    • Oversees staff hiring and performance management
    • Develops policies and procedures to enhance departmental operations
    • Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure registration accuracy
    • Stays informed on regulatory issues affecting the industry
    • Manages staffing levels and communicates goals effectively
    • Addresses complaints and coordinates quality assurance training
    • Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork skills
    • Contributes to team and organizational goals
    • Adheres to professional standards and confidentiality guidelines
    • Maintains positive relations with stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of front end revenue cycle experience, or high school diploma and 11 years of front end revenue cycle experience
    • 2 years of hospital management experience in revenue cycle functions
    • 5 years of experience in leading/supervising teams

    What Would Be Nice to Have:

    • Occasional planned travel

    The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions are based on various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational requirements.
