    Customer Service FPA Analyst
    • JR in Grand Rapids , Michigan Dematic Corp has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst at our Grand Rapids, MI location.
    This position will report directly to the CS Sr. Finance Director and will have regular interaction with both finance team members and the wider execution organization.

    The role will further enhance and develop the FP&A area and primary responsibilities will include preparation of consolidated monthly reporting and analysis of the Customer Service results.


    What we offer:
    Review monthly project financial results and prepare variance analysis and commentary (vs forecast / budget)Assist in preparation & consolidation of monthly financial forecast & annual budget submissionsPrepare monthly presentations of both recurring and ad-hoc nature related to business performance and resultsAnalyze functional KPI's and provide recommendations to drive performance improvement across the groupValidate project margins and ensure project financials are reflected accuratelyAdd value to the finance function through the identification and implementation of process improvements; streamlined reporting, automation opportunities, etcProvide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities

    Tasks and Qualifications:


    Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting5-8 years of relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environmentStrong communication skills and high level of professionalismFinancial modelling, analysis and problem-solving skillsExperience with SAP, Oracle or BI is an advantageCandidate should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solvingHigh degree of motivation, intelligence, independent worker mindset with a detail orientationAspiration to develop into a financial management roleEqual Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identityPlease see job description for required skills.
