We are looking for a FT or PT vibrant personal with excellent interpersonal skills to be an outreach liaison in Wilmington, DE to connect with community and referrals about our services.

What you will do:

• Prospect new referrals
• Set up and attend appointments with referral sources
• Document/log appointments
• Communicate with team regarding competitor locations and services
• Communicate with leadership around where new services are needed, new locations etc.
• Weekly meeting with director of marketing.
• Attend monthly inservice for outreach department.

What you are good at:

• Experience in counseling, marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mental health and substance recovery.
