- Provide in-home care and support to clients, including but not limited to assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Follow individual care plans and update as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in client's behavior or condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Clear background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of personal care, hygiene, and nutrition.

Village Caregiving in Rapid City, South Dakota is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in need.
The individual in this role will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those they care for, promoting independence and improving overall quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits:
The In Home Caregiver position at Village Caregiving offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 per hour DOE, paid on a semi-monthly basis.
Additionally, the selected candidate will receive ongoing training and support as they work towards providing the highest level of care to clients.
