    $17.00 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $19.13 per hour. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.
    Medical, dental, and vision insurance with cost sharing of premiums for employees and dependents.
    Company-paid life insurance.
    Paid vacation and sick leave accrued based upon hours worked. Eight hours of floating holiday annually, available for use after 90 days of employment.
    Additional hours of paid time off based on full or part-time status on the anniversary date.
    Access to On Demand Payment.
    Access to a financial assistance program to improve job skills connected to the work of Goodwill.

    If 18 years or older, eligibility to participate in a Retirement Savings Plan (401k or Roth IRA) at the entry dates (January 1st or July 1st).

    Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or hours each year for three consecutive years.

    Work ScheduleDays and hours are dependent on business needs. Please be aware that the needs of our business include evening and weekend work. Fulltime employment as a Sales Associate is on average hours per week.
