- Act as the go-to person for tenant issues and service problems, making regular visits to ensure top quality.
- Have a good grip on the mechanical systems of the buildings, from plumbing to HVAC.
- Get bids for service contracts, supervise vendors, and look out for the interests of both owners and tenants.
- Help create budgets for properties and keep a close eye on financial reports.
- Work with facility technicians, manage vendors, and conduct performance reviews. You'll also need to give feedback to your team.
- Keep tenant manuals up to date and make sure emergency procedures are current.
- Check the buildings regularly, set up maintenance programs, and report any issues promptly.
- Stay on top of any changes at properties and assist in leasing and sales efforts when needed.
- 2+ years in commercial property management or similar field
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a related field
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
