    Manufacturing Manager Role at CPP

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • Support team members to meet daily safety, quality, and production requirements.
    • Collaborate with team members and leaders to maintain work standards and process flow, ensuring production and customer needs are met.
    • Execute goals and objectives for the plant.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead team members in producing quality parts according to work instructions and company policies, ensuring timely delivery of a quality product.
    • Maintain safety standards as required by law and company regulations.
    • Provide expertise to resolve issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
    • Ensure accountability for goals and objectives at team member levels.
    • Take necessary improvement actions to meet production quality and quantity targets.
    • Implement problem-solving techniques, teamwork strategies, and continuous improvement tools to exceed operational goals.
    • Manage workflow, scheduling, and team placement to meet facility and company goals.
    • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
    • Champion safety practices at the site.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

    Experience: Manufacturing experience required.

    Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in reading and comprehending various documents such as safety rules and procedures. Strong mathematical skills, ability to reason, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Manufacturing software.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT

    The work environment typically involves moderate noise levels. Safety requirements include safety glasses and steel-toed work boots. The role may require standing or walking for extended periods.
