- Collaborate with the site controller on various requests from local operations and corporate finance teams.
- Assist in the month-end closing process with the financial accounting shared services team.
- Prepare and maintain the site's weekly cash forecasts.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and lead meetings to coordinate collections.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and participate in inventory programs.
- Assist in the annual external audit process.
- Ensure consistent application of financial and accounting policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting practices, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, FASB standards, and internal control processes.
- Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ERP Systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
