    Role: Test lead

    Location : Mount Laurel , NJ ( Day one onsite )

    Job Type – Full Time Position

    • 8 to 10 years of Software Testing experience
    • Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training)
    • Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects
    • Good knowledge in Agile methodology
    • Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool
    • Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams
    • Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan, construct and execute release tests
    • Lead and develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and business teams to ensure alignment with project delivery documentation
    • Preferred having experience in leading projects of varied testing types including automation testing, APIs testing, data warehouse testing, performance testing
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project
