Our Operations Center team offers our customers high-quality managed services. We focus on the technical support of systems and the technical assistance of IT administrators. We ensure the operation, monitoring, and modernization of systems, as well as the continuous improvement of service and infrastructure areas. As a result, we work with a wide range of technologies, including Office 365, Azure, Citrix, SCCM, Exchange Online, (Azure) Active Directory, and more. This provides our employees with diverse opportunities for professional development.

Here's where you can use your strengths:

Administration and support of M365 technologies (M365 Admin Center, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams including Phone System, etc.)
Automation, standardization, and documentation of workflows using appropriate scripts (PowerShell)
Consulting with our customers on analysis, design, and implementation of requirements
Implementation and operation of cloud solutions
Health monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud environments
Collaboration in a motivated operations team with a high percentage of remote work
We offer you high flexibility, which means that we provide you with a fixed workplace in our office, but also allow for occasional remote work.
