WITH THESE TASKS YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCCESS:

  • You are responsible for the care and counseling of young athletes living and learning in the sports boarding school of 1. FC Köln.
  • You observe and promote the personal and social development of the youth.
  • You support them in their dual career by supervising projects and small group work and offering yourself as a competent conversation partner.
  • You promote the development of the youth's selfresponsibility through "helping them help themselves".
  • Where necessary, you provide individual pedagogical support.
  • You are the contact person for parents and the "communicative interface" to coaches and schoolrelated institutions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:


  • You have a degree in pedagogy, social work, social pedagogy or a comparable background.
  • You have solid, several years of experience working with youth.
  • You can and are allowed to drive a car.
  • You have an affinity for competitive sports.
  • You are a downtoearth person, authentic, empathetic and loyal.
  • You are open to people, a good listener and communicate clearly, confidently and goaloriented.
  • You can organize yourself well and enjoy working independently.
  • You are a "doer", you tackle where needed, think solutionoriented and approach things pragmatically.
