What to expect

You will work on diverse, interdisciplinary projects within the scope of corporate transactions, with a focus on transaction advisory (financial due diligence), valuation (company valuation, purchase price allocation), and financial modeling.

As a senior consultant, you will actively participate in advising companies on the optimal planning, design, and implementation of their transaction projects.

In addition, you will also be involved in national and international special projects, such as restructuring, court or arbitration opinions.

Your responsibilities will include conducting market, competition, and industry research, as well as analyzing integrated corporate plans and independently creating financial models, reports, and presentations for projects, with support from associates on our team.

With the guidance of experienced colleagues, you can expect excellent development opportunities with diverse tasks, where you will quickly take on independent responsibilities.

What you bring
A completed university degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, and 2 to 3 years of experience in valuation and/or transaction advisory
Expertise in analyzing corporate data and a strong interest in economic relationships
Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and good teamwork and communication skills
A team-oriented approach and a passion for the growth and development of our team
Fluent in German and English, and proficient in MS Office, ideally also with Capital-IQ
