Sales Support / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)


Full-time, 40 hours per week Your tasks
  • Telephone customer support (inbound/outbound)
  • Order processing and management
  • Product consultation
  • Ensuring smooth order processing
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Administrative tasks
  • Preparation of offers (in cooperation with AD), offer adjustments and follow-up
  • Continuous improvement of sales processes
