Catering Area Manager (m/f/d) for Magdeburg/Leipzig and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities

Active customer care and project organization
Budget responsibility
Personnel responsibility and team leadership
Operational implementation of budget and service specifications
Object analysis and quality management
Control and monitoring of purchasing and use of goods
Optimization and further development of operational processes
Product development
Support in the bidding process

Your qualifications

Completed vocational training with business management further education (relevant quality certificates)
Previous experience in the gastronomy industry is desirable
Several years of experience in object management catering in hospitals and senior centers
Strong service, customer, and service orientation
Leadership experience
Professional and confident demeanor
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with modern quality management systems
