Your Responsibilities
As an IT automation process expert (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the digitization and automation of business processes in our company. You will analyze, design, and develop solutions for optimizing and automating processes and interfaces. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and take on project management for IT projects. You will also support and further develop implemented solutions and coordinate external consultants and developers. In addition, you will advise internal clients on technical issues and provide 2nd-level support.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Extensive knowledge in the development of Microsoft Power Apps & Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms and current IT technologies
- Passion for business processes and digitization
- Interest in innovation and change
- Team and service-oriented, with strong communication skills in German and English
