LocationThis position would be located in our office in Northborough, MA at Dario Designs (a division of Haley Ward).

What you can expect to be doing:
Lead project coordination and execution, working closely with project managers, architects, and design teams.
Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other external partners to integrate their input into project documentation.
Conduct quality control reviews of architectural drawings and specifications.
Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred not required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office other relevant design and drafting software.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in producing construction documents.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Knowledge in Sketchup, Lumion & Photoshop a plus
Knowledge of Building, Fire, Accessibility Codes and Energy Codes
A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted.
