    Location

    This position would be located in our office in Northborough, MA at Dario Designs (a division of Haley Ward).

    What you can expect to be doing:

    • Lead project coordination and execution, working closely with project managers, architects, and design teams.
    • Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other external partners to integrate their input into project documentation.
    • Conduct quality control reviews of architectural drawings and specifications.
    • Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
    • Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
    • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
    • Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements.

    What you will need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred not required.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office other relevant design and drafting software.
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience in producing construction documents.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
    • Knowledge in Sketchup, Lumion & Photoshop a plus
    • Knowledge of Building, Fire, Accessibility Codes and Energy Codes
