FACILITY MANAGEMENT (m/f/d)
in full-time with 40 hours per week for the "Ernst-Faber-Haus" nursing home in Coburg

YOUR TASKS

Coordination of the overall tasks of the facility

Determination of process flows and monitoring compliance with prescribed standards

Financial responsibility

Recording and evaluation of key figures (e.g. personnel, occupancy)

Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Ensuring quality care and support for residents

Open, personal, advisory contact with residents

Recruitment and management of employees

Ensuring and further developing quality standards

Admission, contract and occupancy management
