Job Summary
Software Developer or Systems Analyst with strong mechanical aptitude to assist with development and operation of online configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) system to support distributors of ASI Group companies manufacturing Toilet Partitions and Lockers for the Commercial Construction market.
System is cloud-based and used by distributors to configure, quote, and place orders with ASI Group companies; products are configured-to-order and consist primarily of Toilet Partitions and Lockers.
Work Experience and Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to "pick the brains" of product experts and users
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand products and how they are configured
- Strong math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable tools for modeling logic and algorithms
- Familiarity with and, preferably, some working knowledge of CAD software and product design/dimensioning
- Ability to write clearly, document logic/procedures/algorithms
- Capable and comfortable working at both a conceptual level and a very detailed level
- Experience in programming, which will generally consist of "ruleswriting" and take place within the Infor Design Studio development environment (SQL)
Pay:
$103, $115,000.00 per year
