In search of a great team member to add to the family of PPM, this position will work closely with everyone and all aspects of our business.
Role (Overview of the Position)
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
- Complete invoicing for PPM Outdoor and submit required documentation
- Provide customer service for PPM Outdoor customers and vendors
- Facilitate problem resolution and customer concerns
- Assist with overflow phone calls
- Intake and Manage new work orders based on operational need
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
- High school or equivalency
- 5+ years related work experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience in QuickBooks Online
- Organized personality with passion for billing and clerical work
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
