Overview
The Customer Experience Advisor position is a key position for our company. You will be responsible for the care and process for our customers after they "purchase or service" a vehicle.
Scheduling, greeting and following through with the customers needs and expectations.
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills are needed. The customers need to hear your smile on the phone and feel they received a premium experience in person.
Working with the Sales, Parts and Service Departments to accomplish this task will require a high attention to detail, organizational skills, process management and focus to always work towards to improving the process.
Pay:
From $ per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
