- Develop and execute programs to support online sales growth and manage daily operations.
- In partnership with the Site Merchandising Manager, develop and implement .com merchandise strategies to drive sales.
- Optimize and improve categorization, attribution, and tagging of select departments.
- Analyze and leverage customer information and behaviors to prioritize the most critical actions necessary to improve the customer research/shopping experience.
- Curate and maintain links for content including emails, homepage, and onsite creative content.
- Optimize navigation and onsite search for optimum conversion.
- Research industry trends and provide competitive analysis to identify white space and opportunities online.
- Provide insights on the business to drive results and act on business opportunities.
- Leverage online analytics to improve customer experience and key metrics (i.e., traffic, conversion, bounce rate, add to bag & bag abandonment).
- Collaborate with both external and internal groups like marketing, creative, and merchandising to support business unit strategies and goals.

- Managing Work – Effectively manages one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree with a regionally accredited program or 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO keywords and concepts is required.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform experience is highly preferred.
- Expertise in site analytics is required.
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Excel.
- Previous experience working with digital assets and related asset management tools required.
- Figma experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of basic HTML, FTP, and file editor applications.
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to interpret data and make subsequent decisions and recommendations.

Summary:
The Site Merchandising Specialist will work to optimize merchandising on product landing pages, category pages, and marketing landing pages. This position works under general supervision, interacting with his or her supervisor several times per week.
