Description

Full-time (This is not a remote position.)

Provides and ensures system and office automation operations and maintenance through professional support to end user and their operations through the efficient and effective completion of work orders.

Individuals in this position are empowered to ensure customers are satisfied with service received.

In the event a Help Desk Representative identifies a customer requiring additional customer assistance, the technical support specialist will provide second level support.

Performs and ensures quality and effective PC operations through professional maintenance as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to communicate and provide effective customer service to all Health System entities;
Open mind, flexible, and receptive attitude in addressing customer system needs and requirements;
Cooperative team player within the department operations;
Ability to work independently to solve problems;
Customer service skills required, including the demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers;
Excellent communication and organizational skills required;
Demonstrated ability to handle highlevel customer escalations on a professional basis;
Technical aptitude and knowledge preferred;
Associate's Degree in computer science or its equivalent in education is preferred;
Previous hospital systems experience is also preferred.
