Housekeeper m/w/d in Geneva, AL

  • Creating cleaning and checklist schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with our standards
  • Implementing our hygiene measures
  • Assigning and monitoring special cleaning tasks
  • Inspecting and approving cleaned rooms for cleanliness, completeness, and functionality of amenities
  • Reporting repairs and damages in guest rooms and public areas to the maintenance department
  • Communicating and monitoring any necessary followup work with external companies
  • Clearing rooms for occupancy after inspection
  • Checking public areas for cleanliness and functionality
  • Restocking floor offices with linens, guest amenities, supplies, and printed materials
  • Fulfilling guest requests
  • Handling lost and found items
  • Collaborating closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments
  • Assisting with inventory counts
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders
  • Training new employees and apprentices in the department
  • Daily filing of checklists, etc.
  • Acting as a substitute for the Housekeeper in their absence
