To be successful in this role, you should have a completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics or electronics technician specializing in automation technology, several years of practical experience in switchgear construction, and strong teamwork, cooperation, and communication skills.

You should also be organized, reliable, highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently, as well as flexible and willing to occasionally travel for service assignments.
