    Job Description

    Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
    Location: Austin, TX

    Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our awesome team at Ways2Well. The Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in supporting various marketing initiatives, such as social media management, merchandise management, and product support. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with different teams to help us expand our health and wellness business.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Management:
      • Manage social media channels by creating content, engaging with followers, handling inquiries, and analyzing growth with a data-driven approach.
      • Implement a content strategy set by the Marketing Manager to align with our communication goals and brand guidelines.
      • Analyze digital media metrics and key performance indicators to optimize strategies.
    • Merchandise Management:
      • Supervise inventory for merchandise, monitor stock levels, and coordinate restocks when necessary.
      • Work with vendors to develop new swag items and ensure timely delivery to our clinic locations.
      • Act as a point of contact for new designs, gather feedback, and facilitate approvals.
    • Product Support:
      • Support the launch of new products like supplements, skincare items, and other offerings from Ways2Well.
      • Organize product sampling programs and assist with promotional campaigns to boost awareness and sales.
      • Provide support to internal teams, handle product inquiries, and resolve issues.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on social media management and project coordination.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities.
    • High proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excitement to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of health and wellness.
    • Experience in merchandise management and product launches is a bonus, but not mandatory.
