Join our operational team at our headquarters in Oberursel near Frankfurt (Main).

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for applicants and internal departments, acting as a liaison during the selection process
Writing job postings, identifying suitable candidates, and coordinating and conducting interviews
Organizing onboarding processes
Collaborating with regional and national agency partners, service providers, headhunters, schools, universities, and using social media and networking platforms to find the best talent for our company
Proactively coordinating with HR team members and other departments, such as marketing, to drive internal projects forward
Administering and managing recruiting activities, as well as regularly creating and evaluating recruiting metrics and reporting on them

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training or degree
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare sector
Solutionoriented, pragmatic, and respectful work style
Ambition and drive to make a difference
Good written and verbal German skills, as well as excellent communication skills
