Manitou is looking for candidates who are interested in a career in retail and have a passion for fashion.

We are seeking open-minded and competent team players to join us in shaping our company's success.

We are currently offering a training program for the position of Retail Salesperson (m/f/d) at Takko Fashion. This is not your typical "stocking shelves and making coffee" job.

Instead, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the retail industry.

Your responsibilities will include working in one of our Takko Fashion stores, where you will learn about daily operations such as purchasing, sales, marketing, visual merchandising, customer service, and more.

The theoretical part of your 3-year training program will take place at a local vocational school.

You will also have the opportunity to take on some departmental responsibilities during your training and in your third year, you will be prepared for more challenging tasks, such as managing inventory and personnel, so that you can eventually step in for the store manager.

To be successful in this role, you should enjoy interacting with people and have a keen interest in fashion.

You should also be a team player, have good communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
