You will support the project manager in the execution of HR projects
You will be responsible for initial contact with candidates (via phone and database)
You will actively work with business networks (e.g. XING) and conduct phone interviews for pre-selection
You will manage the applicant process (reviewing applications, creating qualification profiles, ongoing communication with applicants)
