  • You lead an existing team and together with your employees and the global Liebherr IT departments, you drive forward the Liebherr IT strategy
  • Together with your team and representatives of the Liebherr IT departments, you operate the central Active Directory and its interfaces
  • You support the Liebherr IT departments in standardizing and harmonizing IT processes across all Liebherr companies. Together with your agile team, you develop suitable solutions, further develop them along a structured KVP and ensure that the solutions can be efficiently used by the IT departments
  • As a team lead, you act as a steering and coordinating force for your team and our departments. You bring together various requirements and, together with stakeholder groups, develop an efficient solution for implementation
  • You support your team in the agile implementation of requirements and act as a representative of your team within steering committee structures
  • You act as an interface between your team and the other teams of the IT Operations department and ensure a smooth flow of information and prioritize good collaboration between all teams
  • You support your team in 24x7 readiness for the entire group
  • Last but not least, you care about the development of your team and the relevant employees and constantly look for ways to further develop your team, your subject area, and of course yourself in the interest of the Lie
