Position:
Group Administrative Assistant
Summary (Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week)
An
AUTOMOTIVE OEM is looking for an
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support a local design and development facility.
This
LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION _
(with possibility of extension and even transitioning to direct)_ will support the buildings day to day activities and provide general administrative support as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- General administration task at the design and development facility
- Purchasing and managing necessary supplies for office operations
- Travel administration tasks for facility staff (Domestic, International)
- Admin of lease car program for staff through communication HQ
- General support for facility project budget operation tasks including purchasing, processing invoices, and payment confirmation
- Various other duties as assigned by management or senior administrators
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Associate degree or better
- Proficient in MS suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience with basic accounting, purchasing, or budgeting is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication
- Prior Automotive experience is a plus
- Positive and proactive personality
Must Haves:
Associates/Bachelor's Degree and prior admin experience _
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Pay:
Up to $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
