    Oliver Inc. is currently seeking a customer-focused Client Service - Account Manager to establish and maintain strong client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure the delivery of top-notch services. You will act as the primary liaison between Oliver and its clients, striving to cultivate and strengthen long-term business connections, provide effective solutions, and enhance overall client satisfaction by collaborating with internal departments to drive processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Comprehend clients' business objectives and obstacles to offer efficient solutions.
    • Oversee a set of client accounts, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
    • Coordinate client and internal communications regarding customer orders, samples, estimates, and job specifications.
    • Facilitate cross-departmental information flow internally to ensure accurate description and preparation of customer specifications for production.
    • Handle CRM contacts, monitor customer interactions, oversee workflow for clients, strategize, and troubleshoot in collaboration with the sales department.
    • Present proofs, obtain client approvals, provide samples, and set mutually agreed delivery dates.
    • Manage on-site customer experiences, which may involve strategy sessions, showcasing Company capabilities through plant tours, and off-site customer visits.
    • Audit and update open sales orders, finished goods inventory, and pending orders for billing purposes.
    Qualifications
    • 4 to 5 years of experience in a customer service/sales/manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
    • Capable of multitasking while demonstrating judgment in a high-volume and fast-paced setting.
    • High School diploma; college degree preferred.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
