Summary:
The Administrative Program Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Female Strong organization.
This position demands a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in administrative tasks and project coordination, ensuring smooth operations and effective support to the management team and staff.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and oversee the scheduling, logistics, and materials for board meetings and other organizational gatherings.
- Provide administrative support to the Board Members, Committees, and Program Teams as requested.
- Facilitate the organization and execution of organizational events, including registration, sponsorship coordination, and marketing efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event participants, ensuring exceptional communication and organization.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain an organized events and grants calendar.
- Administer mailing lists, create and distribute newsletters, and handle communications via platforms like Mailchimp.
- Ensure database accuracy by maintaining data integrity, performing updates, and managing profiles.
- Process donations, generate acknowledgment letters, and prepare reports for development and financial reconciliation.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization's objectives.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of administrative experience, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and detailoriented skills, with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in customer or clientfacing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
