Basic Job Functions:The role of the Utility position will be for multi-functional fill in, and to assist operations where needed.

Primary duties will be operating mobile equipment and additional duties include, but are not limited to, material handling, improvement projects, and operation of production equipment in multiple departments.

This position must be flexible and willing to help wherever needed.


This position will be permanently based at our Crawfordsville, IN location, but will require travel to production facilities on an as-needed basis.


Minimum Qualifications:


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Previous use with handheld and/or power tools


Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
