For our client, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the position of project manager for technical building equipment (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination, management and control of project progress and construction results, including creating projectspecific performance descriptions
Management of external specialist engineers (m/f/d) in the creation of performance specifications and planning services
Evaluation of bids based on technical and economic criteria
Analysis and conception of system solutions for technical building equipment according to the DIN EN 50600 standard
Coordination with planning offices and internal teams

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in engineering or equivalent education
Planning and management of complex technical building equipment projects
Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, air conditioning, building security and fire protection, as well as relevant guidelines and standards (e.g. DIN EN 506
