What are we looking for?
As a Mexta host, you will be the first and last person our guests interact with. Therefore, you are tasked with creating memorable guest experiences. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we d like to meet you. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help maintain and attract customers.


Responsibilities

• Taking and maintaining reservations throughout the shift
• Opening the door for every guest
• Greet and seat guests when their tables are ready
• Assist in creating a memorable experience and help answer any customer questions
• Working alongside a team to provide a high level of hospitality
• Keep the restaurant entrance and waiting area clean and sanitized
• Answering phones and taking any takeout orders received
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to the General Manager.

Skills

• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customeroriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
