    Holiday Beach Companies in Panama City Beach, FL is looking to hire a Custodian to ensure that all office facilities meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTODIANThe Custodian will be responsible for cleaning all office facilities. The Custodian will ensure that all areas of the offices meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards.


    Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include:


    Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness requiredFollow cleaner checklistMaintain cleaning equipment in good conditionReport on any shortages, damages or security issuesRemove any open food items/beverages left by office personnel from all areas including the refrigeratorsCheck kitchens for dirty and damaged itemsUphold and follow a pristine standard in both office buildingsMaintain a great working relationship with managers and coworkersCommunicate with supervisor for maintenance concerns and supplies neededMaintain facility daily inside and out - taking trash, mobbing, dusting etc.

    Ensure supplies are stocked in both office facilitiesWeekly deep clean of common areasAll other duties as assigned my management QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANERMust have a valid driver's licenseHigh school education or GED EquivalentStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivatorStrong communication skillsAbility to anticipate and plan accordinglyMaintain a positive attitude and exude enthusiasmAttention to detail - quick to notice cleanlinessPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAble to walk up multiple flights of stairsAble to stand and/or sit for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 20 pounds - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed.

    Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including outdoors in times of excessive heat and inclement weather.
