Holiday Beach Companies in Panama City Beach, FL is looking to hire a Custodian to ensure that all office facilities meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards. This position earns a competitive wage of $18 per hour.

Holiday Beach Companies is five unique companies in one - we are all-inclusive from Real Estate, Development, Construction, Mechanical and Rentals. We offer the finest luxury vacation rentals throughout Florida's Panhandle.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTODIAN

The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning all office facilities. The Custodian will ensure that all areas of the offices meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards.

Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include:

Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness required
Follow cleaner checklist
Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
Remove any open food items/beverages left by office personnel from all areas including the refrigerators
Check kitchens for dirty and damaged items
Uphold and follow a pristine standard in both office buildings
Maintain a great working relationship with managers and coworkers
Communicate with supervisor for maintenance concerns and supplies needed
Maintain facility daily inside and out - taking trash, mobbing, dusting etc.
Ensure supplies are stocked in both office facilities
Weekly deep clean of common areas
All other duties as assigned my management

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTODIAN

Must have a valid driver's license
High school education or GED Equivalent
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivator
Strong communication skills
Ability to anticipate and plan accordingly
Maintain a positive attitude and exude enthusiasm
Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to walk up multiple flights of stairs
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 20 pounds - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including outdoors in times of excessive heat and inclement weather.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTODIAN

We are open 7 days per week however, you will be scheduled for a 40 hour work week
Must have weekend availability
