Description
Sands Point IT Project Leader/Manager (m/f/d)Your responsibilities:
- Planning, structuring, and executing IT projects within the entire company group
- Collaboration with representatives from clinics to evaluate and prioritize new requirements, identify crossfunctional dependencies, and initiate project orders
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Preparation and execution of workshops and presentations
- Monitoring of quality and project goals
- Potentially taking on tasks in IT service management and/or assuming the role of IT change manager
- Regular reporting and collaboration with team and IT management
- Regular communication of progress status towards clinics/departments/other facilities
Your profile:
- Degree in computer science/medical informatics/business informatics/business administration or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a project leader in the medical/clinical IT field required
- Proficiency in project management methods and successful application of these methods
- Familiarity with terms such as HIS, CIS, RIS, LIS, PACS, and IHE
- Basic knowledge of interface standards such as HL7, DICOM, and FHIR
- ITIL certification desirable, experience in ITILbased enterprise IT organizations advantageous
- Experience in communication, presentation, and conducting workshops in collaboration with customers
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Structured and independent work style combined with good communication skills, especially at a leadership level
- Analytical thinking skills and curiosity
