Your tasks will include:


  • Assisting with customer service at ticket vending machines
  • Supporting and assisting customers with operating the ticket vending machines
  • Helping customers select desired tickets and seat reservations at the machine

We are looking for:


  • A helpful, customer and serviceoriented personality who enjoys interacting with people and can handle different situations well due to their strong communication skills
  • Experience with digital media
  • Very good German and basic English skills

  • 8hour shifts
