Description

Maywood's Schwarz IT department manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments' business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

You will have leadership responsibility for the SharePoint and M365 Apps department, which currently consists of 19 employees and 2 competence centers (6 employees).
You will analyze customer requirements and derive concepts and strategies for the products.
You will plan and manage IT projects from conception to successful implementation, while adhering to time and budget constraints, and act as a liaison to stakeholders.
You will ensure a service-oriented operation, taking into account costs, performance, and internal customer satisfaction.
You will serve as a sparring partner within the product organization to support the ongoing development of the products.

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
You have in-depth knowledge of M365 products, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, and the M365 Apps.
