- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects by developing a deep understanding of their' unique goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients while developing and implementing customized financial plans.
- Continuously monitor and adjust financial plans based on changing circumstances.
- Design and manage investment portfolios in accordance with clients' goals and risk profiles.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and investment products.
- Desire to continually learn, stay attune and improve upon industry trends, financial markets, financial planning, and financial relationships.
- Proactively identify and drive new business opportunities within the bank's existing client base and external networks.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance business development strategies.
- Participate in marketing events and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Proven experience in business development within financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
- Proficient with advising platforms including Money Guide or E-Money.
- Strong technical skill in other financial software. (Microsoft office, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Highly articulate and ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of planning and estate strategies and their tax impact on current clientele and future generations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to analyze market data to formulate and provide data-based financial advice.
- Self-motivated; ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong working knowledge across a variety of financial services. Looking at situations from both a micro and macro prospective.
- Minimum experience of 5-7 years in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree. (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- CFP or AWMA required. Other professional designations are preferred.
