- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the bank's current client base as well as external networks.
- Engage actively in community associations to establish referral networks and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Nurture, expand, and sustain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and potential clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their distinct objectives, risk tolerance levels, and investment preferences.
- Offer financial advisory services like wealth management, estate planning, investment management, and tax planning to a set of client relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic shifts, and investment oversight.
- Lead the Investment Policy & Strategy Committee and Trust Investment Review Committee.
- Manage and supervise the asset allocation models and approved securities lists within the division.
- Assess the performance and suitability of utilized mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, bond holdings, and external managers for clients' portfolios, adhering to the division's investment philosophy.
- Create and oversee investment portfolios aligned with clients' goals and risk profiles.
- Undertake additional projects and research assignments as required.

Our primary office and the Wealth Management center are situated in LaGrange, Illinois, near the historic Stone Avenue train station, facilitating an easy commute from Chicago and the neighboring suburbs via the Metra West BNSF train line. Additionally, we have branch offices in Western Springs and West Chicago.
Our Wealth Management division assists individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit organizations in improving their financial decision-making. With over $1 billion in client assets under our oversight, we serve in various roles such as trustee, executor, guardian, investment manager, and custodian. Our commitment is to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver personalized services to our clients.
What you will do
In this role, you will utilize your strong business development and relationship management skills to drive the growth and advancement of the Wealth Management division and its clientele. Your responsibilities will include supervising the Investment team and collaborating with the entire Wealth Management staff to ensure the realization of clients' financial objectives.
Ensuring compliance with Bank policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, both at the State and Federal levels, will be a key aspect of your role.
