Torani is looking for a strategic leader who will deliver sustainable double digit growth year-over-year while converting customers and consumers into Torani fanatics By exploring the way we approach our customers and business channels, our Director of Marketing, Foodservice, will be developing and leading creative go-to-market strategies.
The Director of Marketing, Foodservice has a tremendous impact on the company growth and requires channeling the collaborative talents of colleagues internally and externally to identify new products and market opportunities.

You have built and developed a dedicated and engaged team. Your supportive coaching and mentoring inspires your team to contribute at the highest level.
You regularly invest time to support the professional development of your team to enable increased contributions which paves the way for their career development and advancement.
You are looked to as a Foodservice expert and you have articulated a clear vision for the foodservice channel 3-5 years out.
You are developing and leading successful strategies to make our vision a realityBy closely partnering with the Director of Brand, Insights & Innovation; you are continuously developing and filling the product pipeline to support and deliver your strategies and vision.
You've proven your mastery in devising innovative and effective go-to-market strategies You have co-developed winning go-to-market programs with the Torani Sales team that have identified and targeted key operators and created demand quickly through pull-through strategies.
The launch of our new products has been flawless, and the financials have met or exceeded plan.You have successfully partnered with Torani's Sales team to support strategic partners with value-added growth solutions to build long-term strategic partnerships.

You have begun to foster a strong partnership culture with external agencies, and they are clamoring to work with you and your amazing team.
Attributes & Qualifications for the Role
10+ years brand management/marketing experience
Highly desired:
brand marketing in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods
Customer marketing experience – supported Sales leaders in engaging strategic customers
Experience in message development and content creation for Foodservice communication verticals
Innovative and scrappy – able to produce results with limited resources
BASE SALARY RANGE:
$197, $241,555.60
