Working within the Ecommerce team, the eCommerce Trading Associate will play a key role in supporting with the day to day running of ecommerce trading and 3p sites, using a data driven & customer led approach.

This role will use data to make marketing and trading recommendations that drive sales on our own site plus 3rd party sites such as Amazon.

A keen eye for detail is required to ensure correct data is uploaded and shared with the correct teams to ensure operational excellence.

Working closely with our ecommerce, finance, commercial and operational teams mean communication and a cross functional approach will be important in this role.

A good knowledge of ecommerce operations, trading and marketing is beneficial.

What you'll be doing:

Run Daily checks on our own and 3p sites, identifying, resolving and escalating issues
Understanding which tasks are vital to ensure we hit both SLA's and our customer expectations, whilst understanding when to escalate issues.
Look for operational efficiencies within processes. Be curious
Document processes and update as required.
Use data to recommend new advertising campaigns and trading opportunities.
Ensure correct data is uploaded and shared with the correct teams to ensure operational excellence. A keen eye for detail and cross functional approach will help with this.
Work to get closer to customers, understanding their differing needs and ensure we support all groups and requirements.
Work on Ad Hoc projects as required.

Qualifications Knowledge and Qualifications**- Experience in an ecommerce trading environment

Numerate and confident with reporting, analysis and a data led approach
Good awareness of general marketing principals
Competent user of core MS Office package. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with presenting concepts & data to varied audiences
Experience trading on a marketplace and/ or using Amazon Marketing Services would be beneficial
