RESPONSIBILITIES
HR support for the transformation in the automotive supply industry through projects in the following areas:

  • Development of HR organization
  • Requalification of employees
  • Redefining the role of HR Business Partner
  • Digitalization projects in the HR field
  • Training and insight into the role of HR Business Partner
  • Support for the local HR organization

PROFILE

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Previous practical experience, such as working as a student in the HR field, is desirable
  • Interest in working in an international environment
  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn and implement
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
