LCF Automobile is a medium-sized car dealership in Laatzen with an attached auto repair shop.

We always have around 100 intensively inspected used cars at fair prices and offer comprehensive services for all things cars.

To strengthen our family-oriented, car-enthusiastic team, we are looking for a qualified Automotive Master Technician (m/f/d).

With these tasks, you can step on the gas:

• Your responsibility is to organize, manage, and oversee the daily service operations in the workshop, and you will be there to support your colleagues.
• You will optimize and share the operational work processes in the workshop, ensure the availability of work equipment, and be responsible for an efficient workflow.
• It is important to ensure smooth and timely execution of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work.
• You will act as a liaison between the workshop, sales, and customer areas, bridging the gap between customer needs and the technical and organizational capabilities of the company
